Ruderalex Full Spectrum CBD 500mg Hemp Oil Review

It seems like it's been a really long time since I have reviewed an actual CBD oil and whilst I have my tried and true favourite products, I always like to try something new. Whilst CBD oils might all seem one and the same, the taste and effects vary depending on the source of the CBD and how it has been processed and manufactured.

I was kindly gifted the 500mg strength full spectrum variety of Ruderalex's CBD meaning that it contained all the natural goodness of the hemp plant alongside the CBD as well. All of their products are sourced from hemp grown in Switzerland, are made organically and are free of pesticides, herbicides mould, fungi, heavy metals, contaminants and mycotoxins (naturally occurring chemicals produced by certain moulds) as well as being vegan.

I was kindly gifted the 500mg strength and used it twice a day, once in the morning and again in the evening before I went to bed. Each drop contains approximately 2.5mg of CBD; I had a total of 4 drops with each dose I took, equalling 10mg (20mg per day). Being a hemp based oil. it definitely has that classic earthy taste but it's not bitter or tangy and it dissipates quickly after having a drink.

Whilst I'm used to a higher strength of CBD oil, my pain levels have definitely been lower recently and I found that this oil worked perfectly at keeping my body in check. Even on low pain days I go to bed feeling incredibly achey and restless but when using this oil I found that I was able to fall asleep quicker and woke up feeling refreshed. As a result, I then was less achey by the end of the day, hurrah!
